Returns and Shipping Policy for Dorky Desires

  1. Shipping

We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. However, shipping times will depend on the destination to which the order is being shipped. Customers will be responsible for any additional fees that may apply to the shipment.

 

  1. Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was when sent, and it must be in the original packaging. Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return.

 

  1. Refunds

We accept refunds within 14 days of purchase if item is in same condition. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

 

  1. Receipt or Proof of Purchase

We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

 

  1. Exemptions

Please note, sale items cannot be refunded.

 

  1. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
