Returns and Shipping Policy – Dorky Desires

1. Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders in a timely manner. However, delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination and carrier. Dorky Desires is not liable for delays outside of our control, including customs processing or carrier disruptions.

All applicable shipping fees, duties, taxes, or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. We reserve the right to modify shipping charges or services at any time without notice.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:

• The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• The item is in the same condition as it was at the time of sale.
• Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is provided.

To initiate a return, you must contact us using our contact page prior to sending the item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Items marked as “sale” or “clearance”
• Gift cards
• Room hire deposits or bookings (unless cancelled in accordance with our event policy)

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery using our contact page, with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund, where appropriate.
